Additionally, from today we will stop sending email notifications upon logging into my.BHost (the customer control panel). We found most customers didn’t find this notification useful. We’re working on introducing enhanced security measures for my.BHost including 2-factor authentication.
Also starting today, we’re changing the way overdue payments are handled. If your service invoice is unpaid, we will suspend the service 1 day after the invoice due date. We will then cancel (delete) the service after 90 days. As usual, we’ll send numerous reminders about the invoice before it’s due, and once it’s overdue.
