Network issues today

We would like to apologise to those who experienced packet loss or connectivity problems earlier today.

We experienced an unprecedented DDOS attack, which proved difficult to identify and mitigate.

As a result of this, we will be conducting a review of our processes and infrastructure to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We will keep you informed on this blog.
